What You Will Do: Handling enquiries and call-backs via phone, email, and live chat Providing accurate information on products, services, and current promotions Processing refunds, exchanges, and web-based returns Monitoring and flagging potential fraudulent activity Resolving disputes efficiently and professionally Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth communication Supporting admin and order fulfilment processes Contributing to a positive, friendly, and proactive team culture What We Are Looking For: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Positive, can-do attitude with a friendly tone Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail Comfortable using computers and digital platforms Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability Previous experience in customer service or fast-paced roles is desirable Team player who can also work independently when needed Why Join Us?
