Position Scope
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for the
operational delivery of the marketing strategy, as developed with the SMM, to maximise brand
awareness and drive lead generation in line with company goals. As our Senior Marketing Executive,
you will play a crucial role in driving the marketing efforts of the business and you will be responsible
for supporting the development and delivery of strategies for all areas of the business, including
architecture, construction, B2C and B2B. Your success will be based on your intimate knowledge of
the brand values and customer segments, your ability to diagnose issues and develop action plans.
With Happy Building’s ambitious plans for growth, this is an exciting role for a Marketing Executive to
gain extensive experience in a rapidly evolving business.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the delivery of the marketing strategy in line with the company vision through executing marketing campaigns and activations to generate quality leads in line with company targets.
* Deliver and assist in the creation of brand campaigns across all marketing and digital channels, partnering with key stakeholders to ensure maximum brand amplification, in line with brand guidelines.
* Plan and deliver the monthly content calendar to be amplified across all touchpoints online and offline including in store, print, website, social, CRM, Google Business profile and affiliates.
* Ownership of affiliate channel optimization and ongoing relationships.
* Assist in overseeing performance marketing through PPC, paid media and SEO.
* Responsible for managing content creation including project photography, digital content and print.
* Assist in the planning and execution of local marketing collaborations and activations to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
* Responsible for running customer feedback and testimonials program, coordinating with design and construction teams.
* Coordination and delivery of on-site marketing including hoarding and team uniforms.
* Act as cover for Sales and Customer Service Exec as and when needed.
* Ownership of marketing administration including managing the content library.
Requirements
* 3-4 year’s experience in an internal marketing role, preferably within an SME.
* Excellent written ability, with copywriting experience preferred.
* Educated to Bachelor’s degree level of equivalent
* Good digital experience including social media, paid media, PPC and SEO.
* Experience in running a content calendar across multiple touch points.
* Experience with Wordpress is desired.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
* MS Office
* Happy to work full time in office
