Location: Chandlers Ford

Salary: £26K - £30K dependent on experience

Hours: 8.30am–5.00pm, Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per week, office based

Aspire Jobs are working exclusively with our professional services client who are growing and who are now looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator to start immediately on a permanent basis.

The role will see you dealing with a backlog of Companies House administration which will include confirmation statements and other statutory forms etc.

Based in Chandlers Ford, you will be joining a friendly and reputable company who have a great reputation.

Key Requirements of the Office Administrator are:

* Flexible and able to manage an ever-changing workload

* Ability to manage several tasks at one time and work to tight deadlines

* Proficient with IT systems/generally good with technology and able to pick different systems up quickly. Good MS Office skills essential

* An excellent communicator who is patient and able to liaise with clients and internal colleagues at all levels, both written and verbal

* Ideally previous experience in a customer facing role as customer service is key

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail

* Excellent attention to detail

Key Responsibilities of the Office Administrator are:

* Dealing with incoming telephone enquiries

* Liaising with customers daily and assisting with the preparation of company secretarial information for Companies House filing

* Carrying out ID Checks

* Carrying out a range of typing tasks, including copy typing and other admin tasks

* Assisting with client payments over the telephone

* Maintaining the database ensuring records are kept up to date

* Onboarding of new clients

* Scanning of documents

* Preparing invoices

* Sending out Accounts packs and various documents

* Providing support to other team members and reception cover as and when required
