We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst with a strong background in data analysis, report generation, and dashboard design to work with our client in the defence sector. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or a related field and will play a key role in providing actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making. As a critical member of the team, you will be responsible for analysing organisational data, identifying trends, and recommending solutions that drive performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, design, and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide stakeholders with clear insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall organizational performance.
* Analyse large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement, offering actionable insights that support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
* Use analytical tools and techniques to identify emerging trends and potential opportunities for process improvements, helping the business become more efficient and effective.
* Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance business strategies, operational efficiencies, and overall performance.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, data scientists, and technical teams, to ensure the seamless integration of BI solutions into the organisation.
* Utilise SQL and other data manipulation languages to extract, transform, and analyse data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
* Design and implement interactive dashboards and reports using data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to facilitate easy data interpretation and business insights.
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
* Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages (e.g., Python, R).
* Hands-on experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
* Must hold DV Clearance to be considered for this role.

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
