The Role
As part of our Scanning Team, you will ensure digital records are accurate, secure and up to date. This role involves processing inbound mail, high-volume document scanning, and validating data to maintain the integrity of our digital systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive and sort incoming mail and documents
* Operate high-volume scanning equipment to produce quality digital images
* Perform quality checks to ensure document clarity and accuracy
* Upload, index and validate documents within digital databases
* Cross-reference and correct data discrepancies
* Handle confidential information in line with GDPR and company procedures
