Job Title: Product Demonstrator
Location: Home-Based (Hybrid, with travel across the North of England & Scotland)
Salary: £40,000 per year

The Opportunity
My client is looking for a Product Demonstrator to deliver exceptional aftersales and product support to their dealer network, service centres, and end-user customers. This is a varied role where you’ll combine technical expertise, training delivery, and customer relationship management - all while representing a trusted brand in the field.
You’ll be the go-to product expert, ensuring smooth resolution of technical enquiries, building strong client relationships, and enhancing customer satisfaction at every step.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Technical Support: Resolve product enquiries, support dealers/service centres, carry out site visits, and maintain accurate records.
* Dealer & Network Management: Monitor performance, lead quarterly reviews, manage warranty claims, and uphold brand standards.
* Training & Expertise: Deliver training, stay updated on product developments, attend UK/overseas training, and represent the brand at events.
* Collaboration & Growth: Work with internal teams to resolve issues, support sales with technical insights, report on quality, and act as a brand ambassador.
