Previous experience of working within a school environment would be preferable but we will also consider applicants with transferable skills. About the Candidate Key responsibilities Assist with the admin team in maintaining an efficient, high-quality office service Support pupil welfare, including assisting with first aid and liaising with parents and staff Provide professional clerical support to the whole school community Undertake reception duties, including face-to-face enquiries and signing in visitors Processing purchases and invoices. Provide general advice and guidance to staff, pupils and visitors Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and data protection at all times The successful candidate will have A positive, can-do attitude and good teamwork skills A commitment to high standards The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment Good communication skills and a friendly manner with children Experience in a school administrative/finance environment (desirable, but not essential) A current knowledge of school procedures About Us Our school maintains high standards and has high expectations of staff and pupils.
