The Role
As a Training Solution Lead, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll provide leadership and direction in the development of a next generation technical training solution for the armed forces.
Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for the development of the targer operating modeal and the processes to succesfully deliver the training solution.
Accountable for delivering a winning technical solution in line with win strategy
Lead and manage the design and development of the bid solution
Indentify capabilities and services to meet customer needs and demands
Support the development of the proposal response as required
Lead the development of the programme master schedule
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and requires regular travel across a range of internal and customer sites on a weekly / monthly basis alongside home working arrangements.
Essential experience of the Training Solution Lead
Previous experience of designing and delivering a technical solution
In depth understanding of defence training
Experience in development of training services and enabling services
Understanding of systems approach to training and/or ADDIE models
Experience of working with and managing multi-discipline teams
Qualifications for the Training Solution Lead
Degree level qualified preferred
