The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the outdoor space market and a strong ability to generate new business. While experience in these areas is advantageous, we also welcome applications from candidates with a strong sales background from other premium industries who can bring a fresh perspective and commercial drive to the role.
You will join the UK sales team with a dual focus: nurturing and expanding key existing accounts while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. A core part of your role will be building a robust sales pipeline and driving entry into a new target market—specifically within the growing Hotels & Spas sector. The company operates across three distinct brands, with a diverse sales approach that includes e-commerce, B2B partnerships with garden centres, and garden building retailers. They are seeking a proactive, hunter-style Sales Specialist to help maximise sales potential across all channels.
Manage and grow existing B2B accounts, including garden centres and retail partners
Work towards agreed sales KPIs across all company brands
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and initiative
Support the team with sales administration tasks
Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and wider support team
Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market
Contribute to the strategic sales direction by identifying new routes to market
