Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with a 3-form entry primary school in Slough, rated Good by Ofsted, to recruit a passionate and dedicated Class Teacher for the full academic year starting Autumn term 2025. This is a great opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) eager to work in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities
* Plan, deliver, and assess effective lessons in line with the National Curriculum
* Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including EAL and SEND
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
* Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to whole school initiatives
* Maintain strong communication with parents and carers to support pupil development
What we\'re looking for
* Qualified teacher with QTS, or ECT open to gaining experience in a busy primary school
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage learners
* Commitment to ongoing professional development
* Effective communication and teamwork abilities
* Passionate about delivering excellent education to a diverse range of pupils
