About The Role
As a Senior Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of traffic engineering measures. You will work closely with local communities, Area Boards, and partners to develop practical solutions and manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with statutory procedures and legislation.

* Develop policies and innovative practices to improve traffic management across Wiltshire.
About You
* Degree in Civil Engineering and membership of an appropriate institution.
* Incorporated Engineer status.Extensive experience in traffic engineering and project management.
* Strong technical knowledge, problem‑solving skills, and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
* Proficiency in specialist IT software (e.g., AutoCAD, SignPlot, MapInfo).
