Love history and enjoy bringing the past to life?
We’re working with a welcoming, Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ secondary school in Wolverhampton that’s looking for a History Cover Supervisor to join them ASAP.
This is a full-time, long-term role, ideal if you’re after something steady where you can build strong relationships with students and become a familiar face in the classroom.
The humanities team is supportive, well-organised, and always happy to lend a hand, so you won’t be left figuring things out on your own.

What your day will look like
You’ll be stepping into pre-planned History lessons and keeping learning on track:
* Delivering set work to KS3 and KS4 students
* Bringing energy and structure to each lesson
* Managing behaviour with confidence and consistency
* Supporting students as they explore key topics and ideas
* Working closely with a friendly and collaborative humanities department
No planning stress. Just clear lessons and a team around you.

* Has a genuine interest in History or Humanities
* Builds rapport quickly and keeps students engaged
* Stays calm, organised, and positive throughout the day
* Is keen to gain hands-on school experience
Thinking about teacher training? This is a great way to get your foot in the door and see what classroom life is really like.
