This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where your ability to build rapport, influence decisions, and close deals will directly contribute to your success — and your earnings.
Salary: Competitive plus bonus
As a Sales Customer Advisor, Your Day-to-day Will Include
* Proactively engaging with customers in the showroom, identifying sales opportunities and understanding their needs.
* Presenting vehicles confidently and conduct engaging test drives to showcase features and benefits.
* Delivering persuasive, compliant presentations of finance and insurance products in line with FCA regulations.
* Consistently achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
* Following up leads, manage your pipeline effectively, and maximise every sales opportunity.
* Ensuring each customer enjoys a premium buying experience that reflects the JCT600 standard.
What We’re Looking For
* A confident, results-focused salesperson.
* Highly motivated, resilient, and hungry to exceed expectations.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a consultative yet persuasive approach.
* Smart, professional, and able to represent premium automotive brands with pride.
* Full UK driving licence (no excessive penalty points).
