* Undertake health and safety duties and responsibilities appropriate to the post.
* Commit to Natural Resources Wales Equal Opportunities and Diversity Policy, understanding its application to the role.
* Commit to personal development through the Sgwrs personal development plan.
* Participate in incident response activities.
* Perform any other reasonable duties consistent with the role.

Qualifications and Experience

Good knowledge of health and safety legislation relating to the Health & Safety at Work Act.

Associate of Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM) or willing to work towards it.

Experience delivering a facilities management service, performing procedural tasks, assisting in contract and contractor management, and supporting frontline teams.

Experience delivering facilities management services within a shared service centre environment, including the use of ICT systems and other software.

Strong IT and accurate data entry skills.

Good organisational, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work under pressure using initiative to meet tight deadlines.

Experience of implementing change or process improvement is an advantage.

* Essential: Level A1 – Entry level

Please note: if you do not meet the A1 requirement—ability to understand basic phrases and pronounce Welsh names correctly—NRW offers learning options and staff support to help you meet these minimal requirements during employment.

Benefits

* 28 days annual leave, rising to 33 days.
* Generous leave entitlements for all life needs.
* Commitment to professional development.
* Health and wellbeing benefits and support.
* Weekly wellbeing hour available at your discretion.
