They are seeking to recruit an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer who has at least 2 years experience working in a manufacturing environment.This is a great time to join the company as they are working within a booming market.On offer is a salary of £37,000 - £45,000 depending on your level of experience, bonus,pension, healthcare, life assurance and lunchtime finish every Friday. Role Continuous Improvement Engineer Develop and maintain operational efficiency (OE/OEE) figures to encompass all aspects of machine utilisation and lost time analysis Analysis of internal processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Produce OE/OEE KPI trends to develop targets and improvement plans.
