Key duties
* Providing personal care, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and assistance with feeding
* Administering medication
* Supporting residents in daily activities, hobbies, or outings
* Following care plans and company policies
* Building honest and considerate relationships with residents
* Maintaining daily written records
* Attending and completing training as required
Personal attributes
Patience, reliability, flexibility, teamwork, and good communication are essential qualities for a successful Social Care Worker.

Where will you work?
Ballards Ash, located near Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire, supports up to 10 young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. The home features a large garden and a dedicated Day Activities Coordinator who develops personalized activity programs based on individual preferences.
