Account Manager
* Oversee day-to-day service operations, ensuring issues are identified, prioritised, and resolved efficiently
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers and managers for service-related queries
* Coordinate and schedule field engineer visits to resolve issues
* Provide basic technical support
* Log and review recurring issues, supporting continuous service improvement
* Support general business administration as required
Required Skills & Experience
* Experience in a customer-facing, service, or account management role
* Be highly organised and ability to multiple task
* High attention to detail
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Confident using systems
* Experience liaising with engineers or technical team
Role Details
* Full-time, permanent position
* Monday to Friday
* In-person role - Due to location you will NEED to drive
* Salary: Up to £32,000 per year DOE
* Additional pay: Commission and yearly bonus
