Secondary Supply Teachers Needed - Southampton & Surrounding Areas
Pay: £130 - £150 per day (depending on experience)
Hours: 08:15 - 15:30
Supply Desk is proud to be working closely with Secondary Schools and Sixth Form Colleges across Southampton and the surrounding areas - including Winchester, New Forest, Eastleigh, and Fareham. We're on the lookout for enthusiastic supply teachers who are ready to step into the classroom and inspire learners when their regular teacher is away.

What you'll be doing
* Stepping into Secondary classrooms with confidence and professionalism
* Delivering pre-prepared lessons and maintaining positive behaviour management
* Adapting quickly to a range of subjects and school environments
* Bringing energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude to every class
What we're looking for
* A qualified teacher (QTS, NQT, ECT or GTC registered)
* Experience teaching Key Stage 3 & 4 (subject specialism a bonus)
* Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills
* Someone adaptable, resilient, and happy to support more challenging schools where needed
* Experience working with high levels of Army children would be an advantage
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
