Clinical Lead - Care Home Location: Brackley, Northamptonshire Salary: £50,000 About the role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead to join a high-quality care home team. You will work closely with the Home Manager, nurses, and care staff to ensure the delivery of outstanding clinical care, strong governance, and a safe, person-centred environment for all residents. This is a key leadership role where you will take responsibility for clinical standards, staff support, and continuous improvement, ensuring care consistently meets and exceeds regulatory expectations.
