A day in the life of…
As Hotel Maintenance Assistant / Painter & Decorator you'll be responsible for ensuring the hotel's facilities, equipment, and grounds are well-maintained and in good working order. The role involves responding to maintenance requests, performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring the hotel's facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained for guests and employee
This role is unlike any other in our hotel and you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that guests have a first class enjoyable and comfortable stay.
What do we need from you?
* Previous experience in painting & decorating is essential
* Communication and customer service skills: The role requires interacting with guests and colleagues, so strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
* Attention to detail: You’ll need an eye for detail to be able to identify potential maintenance issues before they turn into bigger problems.
* Time management: You’ll need to be able to effectively manage your time to prioritise key hotel projects
