Job Opportunity
We have exciting opportunities for Review Officers to work with a leading independent care provider. The role involves supporting the West-Cheshire Branch to deliver high-quality, person-centered, safe services for our service users. You will oversee our Support Workers, ensuring they meet standards in document completion, practical care, communication, and safeguarding, supporting staff development.
You will act as a 'buddy' to new starters, support their training during probation, and be responsible for observations, support visits, and maintaining up-to-date support plans.
We seek a dedicated individual with a positive attitude, drive, and determination to support staff, ideally holding or working towards a minimum of RQF/NVQ Level 3 qualification.

* 7.00 am – 3.00 pm
* 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
* 1.00 pm – 9.00 pm
* 6.00 pm – 9.00 pm
