We are seeking reliable and hardworking Admin to assist our client in Hailsham. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent service to our clients and service users.

You will also be required to:
* Respond promptly to telephone and email enquiries
* Raise and manage work orders accurately and efficiently
* Update internal databases with relevant information
* Schedule appointments and clinics, including managing cancellations and amendments
* Inform clients of scheduled visits and appointment details
* Maintain office records and filing systems
* Check referrals and highlight urgent cases
* Provide accurate advice and information to service users and referrers
Professional Standards
* Demonstrate empathy, respect, and compassion in all interactions
* Manage inbound calls professionally to prevent escalation
* Maintain high standards of work and consistently meet performance targets

For this position you will need:
* Right to work in the UK.
* Experience is not required.
* Access to a device to complete an online application.
Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 17:00
Please not that you must be able to work all shift patterns.
