Senior Quantity Surveyor ( Freelance) We seek the immediate services of a freelance Quantity Surveyor, confident in running a major refurbsihment and new build projects. Working within the site based project team - you will be supported by a visiting commercial manager. The project has a great variety of packages to let and manage and you will be across the commercial management of the project. The project will run for 12 months plus and this is a very accomodating and family run business with a good systems and processes in place. This is a long-term role, you will should be able to visit site and attend meetings though some flexibility can be offered.
