Senior Planning / Project Manager – Growth Agency – Central London – c.£50K
You’ll own delivery across a portfolio of complex, multi-channel projects — paid media, creative, landing pages, tracking, app builds — all moving at pace, all at once.
You’re the person who makes it all work.
What You’ll Do
* Own projects end-to-end — scope, plan, resource, deliver
* Build clear, realistic timelines (before things break, not after)
* Track progress daily, flag risks early, fix problems fast
* Manage budgets, scope and profitability — no surprises
* Coordinate across creative, growth and technical teams
* Keep clients and internal teams aligned, informed and moving
What They’re Looking For
* 4–6 years in a digital/creative/growth agency
* Proven experience running complex, multi-workstream projects
* Comfortable across both creative and technical delivery
* Highly organised, detail-obsessed, proactive
* Commercially aware — you understand scope, margin and delivery reality
* Calm under pressure, solutions-first
