Responsibilities
* Provide direct support to children and young people, including those who are Looked After.
* Work closely with families, carers, and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
* Assist with assessments, care plans, and court-related responsibilities under supervision.
* Make meaningful visits to homes and communities, offering both practical and emotional support.
Qualifications
* Level 2 Care Qualification (or equivalent).
* Experience working with children, young people, and families.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
