The Role Join a busy Private Wealth team, working alongside partners and senior lawyers on tax-efficient succession planning, wealth structuring, trusts and estates (UK and offshore), asset protection, probate and disputes. Responsibilities include: Drafting legal documents and correspondence. Preparing court and tribunal bundles. Conducting legal research. Liaising with clients, witnesses and counsel.
