Job description:
Multi-trader required for a highly regarded regional developer. ITS Building people are looking for a Multi-trader to assist our client with a project based in Waterlooville, Hampshire. Own transport would be beneficial.
This contract will be ongoing, with working hours being flexible 5-day week, working saturdays and sundays as standard working days with 2 rest days in the week.
Additional training and a full-time contract may be provided for the right candidates.
Daily responsibilities will include:
* Carry out a range of planned and reactive maintenance tasks across residential and commercial sites
* Deliver high-quality, right-first-time repairs across multiple trades, including:
* Kitchen and bathroom repairs
* Fixing leaks, taps, and minor plumbing issues
* Replacing door handles, locks, and window fittings
* Tiling, patch plastering, and general decorative works
* Attend appointments on time and maintain professional conduct in tenant-occupied homes
* Use our digital job management system to log job progress and completion details
* Work a flexible 5-day week, with weekend working (Saturday & Sunday) required and two weekdays off
Requirements for the role
* Competence across several core trades, including:
* Basic plumbing
* Carpentry (minor works)
* Tiling
* Patch plastering and decorating
* Good customer service skills and experience working in occupied homes
* Additional trade skills (e.g. flooring, fencing, external works) highly desirable
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Full UK driving licence
* Own tools for the trades you carry out
