ITS Building people are looking for a Multi-trader to assist our client with a project based in Waterlooville, Hampshire. Own transport would be beneficial. This contract will be ongoing, with working hours being flexible 5-day week, working saturdays and sundays as standard working days with 2 rest days in the week. Additional training and a full-time contract may be provided for the right candidates. Daily responsibilities will include: Carry out a range of planned and reactive maintenance tasks across residential and commercial sites Deliver high-quality, right-first-time repairs across multiple trades, including: Kitchen and bathroom repairs Fixing leaks, taps, and minor plumbing issues Replacing door handles, locks, and window fittings Tiling, patch plastering, and general decorative works Attend appointments on time and maintain professional conduct in tenant-occupied homes Use our digital job management system to log job progress and completion details Work a flexible 5-day week, with weekend working (Saturday & Sunday) required and two weekdays off Requirements for the role Competence across several core trades, including: Basic plumbing Carpentry (minor works) Tiling Patch plastering and decorating Good customer service skills and experience working in occupied homes Additional trade skills (e.g. flooring, fencing, external works) highly desirable Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Full UK driving licence Own tools for the trades you carry out ITS Building People - Trades & Labour requirement The ITS Group is committed to promoting equal opportunities in employment.
