Job Role: Workplace Team Leader
Location: Bristol
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Responsible for the maintenance of the daily appearance of the internal and external property areas. way. The job holder will be passionate about service delivery and ensure all activity is focused on adding value to our customer experience. The role will involve extensive customer interactions working to continually evolve and improve our service in line with our customers' expectations. This role will be key in leading the workplace assistants with a focus on front of house duties, meet and greet and meeting room management ensuring security standards are of an SIA standard and all reconfigurations within the designated meeting spaces are reconfigured within set time frames and adhering to customer excellence standards.
The role relates to the execution of the Facilities Management contract for the specified Direct Line Property. Responsible for ensuring delivery of first-class workplace standards, developing trust and loyalty from Direct Line and Ascot Services partners and delivering exemplary brand standards.
Particular aspects of the job will include:
* To take responsibility for the presentation, cleanliness, and safety of all the areas of the site.
* To monitor the FOH standards, presentation and timekeeping of on-site staff Be the lead in office of the future meeting room reconfiguration and portage
* Provide and maintain a rota with all the workplace assistant requirement fitting around the customer requirements. Be able to manage the rota accordingly ensuring all ALS/KPIs are met
* Providing on site customer experience training for all front of house team members at all times using show and tell method. Being the lead for all customer interactions relating to the workplace assistant team
* To interact and communicate with all occupiers, staff, visitors, and colleagues in a courteous, professional, and helpful manner at all times.
* To ensure that any breaches of security or damage is reported to the relevant authorities.
* Daily completion of site report, to relate repairs and issues raised by occupiers, visitors, or colleagues.
* Participation in a weekly feedback discussion between all members of the Concierge / Front of House team.
* Be the lead for the resource Management system
* Supervise and maintain Workplace assistant rota
* Monitor and manage the delivery of excellent customer service and "lead from the front"
* Be responsible for all customer experience and security standards across the workplace team, take pride in leading the fantastic team you have in place.
Experience
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in Management and experience in an operational cleaning position with an established FM/property provider or a similar role in the high-end service sector.
* Previous experience of delivering services to a very high level of quality in a customer facing environment.
* Demonstrable experience of first-class Customer service
* FAAW certificate
* SIA licence
