Location: Sheffield MC, Brightside Lane, Sheffield, S9 2XX (involving travel between the following postcode areas - S, DN)
Salary: £15,199 - £22,591 (depending on age)
Hours/Shifts: 37.5 hours per week - shifts will be aligned to a mentor when starting
Duration: 3 - 4 years
Qualification: Installation and Maintenance Electrician - Level 3

What You'll Do
As an Installation & Maintenance Electrician Apprentice, you will help keep buildings safe and powered.
* Install electrical systems.
* Fix and maintain equipment.
* Test electrical systems to make sure they are safe.
* Repair faults when things go wrong.
* Follow important safety rules.
Learn While You Work
This is an apprenticeship, so you will:
* Learn on the job every day.
* Take part in training and study.
* Complete your coursework and assessments.
As you improve, you will be trusted to do more tasks on your own.

What We're Looking For
You'll need:
* GCSE Maths and English Language at Level 4 (or the ability to achieve this during the apprenticeship).
* A minimum of 5 GCSEs in total (Grade 4/C or above), ideally including a Science (defined as Physics, Biology, Chemistry or combined Science) or Technical subject (or equivalent).
* A Full UK Driving Licence (this is important as the apprenticeship will involve travelling to various sites).
You don't need to know everything—you'll be taught.
But you should:

* Care about safety.
* Be friendly and positive.
