Responsibilities: Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for product(s) while owning positioning against competing radar-camera and AI camera solutions. Specify requirements for sensors, optics, radar modules, SoCs and thermal/EMC constraints to ensure hardware excellence. Guide integration of radar detection, encoded video pipelines, on-device AI classification, and fusion logic to enhance detection performance and reduce nuisance alarms. Lead market research, requirements gathering, competitive tear-downs, and business case development, including launches at key trade shows (GSX, ISC West). Write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and validation plans; manage priorities and trade-offs with R&D. Conduct field trials with integrators and end-users at critical infrastructure sites to gather feedback and iterate hardware/firmware revisions. Create and deliver datasheets, launch decks, battle cards, and demo kits to support Sales, Marketing, and distribution partners.
