This team is known for its market-leading expertise, advising a broad and prestigious portfolio of clients across global financial institutions, boutique investment houses, fintechs, and high to ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Their work spans corporate, partnership, and personal tax, with a particular focus on complex and high-value matters.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a corporate, personal, owner-managed business, or mixed tax background, looking to build on their technical knowledge and gain exposure to the full spectrum of UK and international tax advisory work.
You'll join a thriving team providing end-to-end tax support to non-listed Financial Services businesses, including the business entities themselves, their owners, employees, and wider stakeholders. Clients include asset managers, entrepreneurial fintechs, and UHNW individuals with complex structures such as trusts, family investment companies, and private funds.
What You'll Be Doing
Advising on a broad range of tax issues including UK corporation tax, international tax, income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax and partnership taxation
Building deep, trusted relationships with your own portfolio of long-term clients
Liaising directly with clients through in-person meetings, calls and written advice
Collaborating with national and international colleagues across a multidisciplinary team
Engaging with HMRC and key third parties including lawyers, private banks and wealth managers
What We're Looking For
Demonstrated experience providing UK tax advice, ideally across corporate, personal, and/or owner-managed business tax
A natural communicator with the confidence to build relationships and explain complex ideas clearly
A detail-oriented approach with high professional standards
A collaborative team player who enjoys learning and sharing knowledge
Proficiency with common tax and business systems
Requirements
A professional qualification such as CTA, ACA, ATT or equivalent
