Sewell Wallis are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a well-established business based in North Leeds on temporary to permanent basis.
The role has arisen due to the company going through a period of growth, the successful candidate will be joining a team that is very friendly and supportive.
The ideal candidate will be available on a short or immediate notice and have previous experience within finance.
This role is guaranteed to go permanent for the right candidate.
Within this role you be will providing support to the finance team, assisting with the purchase ledger function and ad hoc duties.
The main duties of the role will include:-
1. Scanning and referencing incoming invoices into the system.
2. Dealing with Accounts Payable queries.
3. Dealing with receipting rent.
4. Paying of Monthly rent to landlords.
5. Ad-hoc admin duties.
