The Role
As a full-time Architectural Technologist, you will play a key role in our practice. You will be responsible for:
* Preparing detailed design and technical drawings.
* Coordinating with architects, clients, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Applying your technical expertise to develop creative and practical design solutions.
* Assisting with planning applications, building regulations, and construction detailing.
* Contributing to the success of a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
* Contract management.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in an architectural technologist role.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD software is essential.
* Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction methods.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
* Experience working across multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
