This is a critical role where you'll work with children and families to assess risk, build relationships, and deliver interventions that promote safety, stability, and positive outcomes. In this role, you will: Hold a caseload of children subject to Child in Need, Child Protection, and Public Law Outline (PLO) plans. Undertake statutory visits, assessments, and direct work with children and families. Develop and review robust safeguarding plans in collaboration with multi-agency partners. Prepare clear, evidence-based reports for case conferences and court proceedings. Work within a reflective, supportive team that values your professional input and wellbeing. We're looking for a Childrens Safeguarding Social Worker who: Is a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England. Has experience in child protection, safeguarding, or statutory children's services. Can manage risk effectively while building trust with children and families.
