Join Le Mottee Group as a Graduate Town Planner, working on diverse projects with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Collating information and preparing planning reports such as Statements of Environmental Effects and Planning Proposals.
* Assisting with the coordination and management of approval processes for major land development projects.
* Undertaking project management tasks, including application lodgement, sourcing quotations, and reviewing works.
* Liaising with clients, consultants, councils, and authorities to manage projects successfully.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* A recognised Australian Town Planning degree or be currently undertaking such a course.
* High organization and detail orientation.
* Understanding of NSW Environmental planning legislation and approvals processes.
* Strong written and oral communication skills with an outcome-focused approach.
* Previous experience in Town Planning or Project Management is desirable but not essential.
