Property Solicitor
A west London based law firm is looking for a Property Solicitor/Legal Executive.

The firm has been established for over 100 years and due its extensive client base, you will have the opportunity to work on highly desirable commercial property/real estate matters if you wish (commercial property experience is not required for this role).

Matters you will assist with include:
- Freehold and leasehold
- Sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
As mentioned above you will have the opportunity, if you wish, it work on commercial files including leases, acquisitions and disposals.
You will:
- Have 2+ PQE in residential conveyancing in a UK law firm (this is essential)
- Live in west London/Middlesex/Surrey
- Have good academics
