Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the night shifts and making sure our guest experience never flags – even at night!

What You’ll Do
* You make sure our guest experience never flags, even at night. You treat our guests as individuals, make them feel welcome and their stay special – the Hox way.
* Deal with the coming and going of guests, ensuring all bills are correct and contain no surprises.
* Work with all our teams to make sure we’re always busy and help our Night Manager with any overbooking levels.
* Carry out the night audit procedures accurately, reporting any discrepancies and ensuring quick resolution.
* Answer phones, sort out requests and anything that might arise, involving the team as needed – you’re the one-stop-shop for our guests to turn to.
* Assist the Night Manager with end of day procedures.
* Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, even when working to achieve solutions to challenges.
* Ensure the safety of guests overnight whilst they are tucked up asleep.
