Based in Erith, Kent. Expectation is 2-3 days office based initially.
Role
We’re looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to drive online growth through paid acquisition, website optimisation, and data-led decision making. You’ll own performance across key digital channels while continuously improving the customer journey and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimise paid acquisition channels (e.g. Google Ads, paid social, affiliates) to drive profitable growth
* Lead website optimisation initiatives, focusing on CRO, UX, and on-site performance
* Analyse customer behaviour and performance using Google Analytics and other insights tools
* Develop and execute website growth strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and revenue
* Collaborate with marketing, creative, and development teams to implement tests and improvements
* Work closely with the operations team to improve business operational efficiency.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 2 years in an e-commerce digital performance role
* Strong understanding of paid media, CRO, UX best practices, and A/B testing.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to spot and execute on opportunities.
* Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and performance reporting
Qualifications
* A track record of successful performance marketing with scale.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for growth
* Experience in sales and e-commerce, with a proven track record of driving online sales conversions
* Knowledge of marketing strategies and their application in digital channels
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management abilities
Remuneration:
£45-55k depending on experience
