Associate, Sales
Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Remuneration: £28,000 - £30,000
Join an innovative and dynamic team leading the charge in providing top-tier sales support within the technology industry. Our client, a major player in IT and business solutions, is looking for a dedicated Associate, Sales to contribute to their ongoing success by managing various sales processes and customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate transactions within a global-single ERP system as both a salesperson and project manager: from quote preparation, contract negotiations to issuing invoices and overseeing project completion.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as procurement teams, to guarantee timely project execution and service delivery.
Engage in detailed monthly and yearly business performance forecasting and report your findings through Excel.
Manage month-end closing tasks including invoicing customers and settling accounts with suppliers.
Work closely with the finance department and IT asset managers for effective management of internal databases.
Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable skills in managing complex contracts and negotiations, experience in sales support, and a comprehensive understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, particularly SAP. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is crucial, along with strong communication and negotiation abilities. A good attitude and robust teamwork skills are essential, as is the ability to work within a multicultural environment.
Qualifications:
Degree level education or equivalent is essential.
Formal training or certification in SAP systems and processes is required.
