Site Agent - Water Sector - Cheshire As Site Agent, you'll manage the delivery of civil and water projects from planning to completion — ensuring safety, quality, environmental compliance, and cost control; leading projects on the United Utilities Framework. Working closely with the Contracts/Project Manager, engineers, and QS teams, you'll ensure projects meet client expectations and company standards. Key Responsibilities: * Lead site operations to deliver projects safely, on time, and to spec. * Manage Sub Agents, Engineers, and Foremen as required. * Produce and implement Project Plans, RAMS, ITPs, and Waste Management Plans. * Oversee programmes, 2-week lookaheads, and procurement schedules. * Maintain cost control, maximise project value, and identify value-engineering opportunities. * Act as key client liaison, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication. * Prepare accurate reports, site diaries, and chair weekly meetings.
