Salary: £14 - £16 per hour

* Lead shifts and support Residential support workers
* Promote safeguarding and positive support
* Support care planning risk assessments and daily routines
* Action a positive role model for young people
* Maintain accurate records
* Support training and staff development
* Ensure compliance with Children's homes regulations.
