Payroll & Pensions Coordinator (Maternity Leave Cover) – BrisDoc Healthcare Services
Job Summary
At BrisDoc, we provide compassionate and high-quality healthcare services. We are seeking a Payroll & Pensions Coordinator to support changes within our business. In this role, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll and pensions for our staff.
Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience handling sensitive financial information, preferably with Sage 50 Payroll.
Main Duties
Key Responsibilities:
* Payroll: Manage the entire payroll process, including downloading timesheets, handling new starters and leavers, processing salary adjustments, overtime, statutory payments, deductions, and supporting payments for Self-Employed colleagues.
* Pensions: Submit information on starters and leavers to NHS Pensions Agency via Pensions Online (POL). Manage submissions for the NEST pension scheme for auto-enrolment where applicable.
* Record Keeping: Maintain and update payroll and pension records, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
* Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to verify and reconcile payroll data. Handle payroll queries efficiently and courteously.
* Support: Assist with month-end and year-end payroll activities and prepare financial reports.
* Troubleshoot: Address payroll and pension queries from colleagues and external agencies.
* Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as required to support business needs.
