Sales Operations Coordinator Location – Gateshead The Role This is a pivotal role at the centre of the organisation’s commercial operations. As Sales Operations, you will act as the link between Sales, Operations and Finance ensuring that everything promised to clients is delivered on time and to the highest standard. With a lean, high‑performing sales team, the success of client relationships depends on someone who owns the commercial calendar, keeps all moving parts aligned, and ensures nothing falls through the gaps. You will manage the contract lifecycle from signature through to renewal, coordinate annual reviews, and work closely with internal teams to keep client relationships running smoothly. This is a key commercial role for someone who takes pride in making things happen and wants to be central to the business.
