This is a senior operational role with responsibility for maintaining and developing critical mechanical and building services across a large, complex acute healthcare estate. This position plays a key role in ensuring essential hospital services remain safe, compliant and operational 24/7, directly supporting patient care across multiple hospital sites. The Role Reporting to the Estates Operations Manager and Site Management, you will lead mechanical estates operations, overseeing planned preventative maintenance, reactive works and estates compliance. You will also contribute to capital projects, contractor management and emergency response arrangements, including participation in the estates on‑call rota.
