We are looking for a strategic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our People & Safety team. In this role, you will work closely with leaders across the business, shaping culture, driving people initiatives, and supporting our teams to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities Partner with managers and leaders to develop and deliver people plans aligned with business objectives. Provide expert guidance on employee relations, employment law, and HR policies. Manage employee relations cases and support organisational change processes such as TUPE, restructures, and redundancies. Coach and develop line managers, building leadership capability across the business. Lead succession planning and talent development initiatives to support internal career progression. Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, embedding inclusive practices into everyday operations. Deliver training to managers on HR policies, performance management, and leadership. Lead HR projects that contribute to the overall people strategy. Provide on-site support to store teams, acting as a visible and approachable HR partner. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a People or HR Business Partner, or in a similar strategic HR role. Strong expertise in employment law, employee relations, and policy implementation. Experienced in coaching managers and embedding performance management practices. Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills. Experience supporting organisational change and transformation projects. Commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, with experience delivering relevant initiatives. Strong organisational and project management abilities. Collaborative, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel to support store teams as required.
