We are seeking a highly organised, dynamic and experienced Executive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office and play a pivotal role in the modernisation of the company. You will be responsible for leading this change, while overseeing the day-to-day running of the business.

The Ideal Candidate:
* An experienced senior administrator or office manager who can handle "everything" with precision and confidence
* Extremely detail-oriented, highly organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities
* A self-starter, adaptable, and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial administration software (Xero/QuickBooks)
* Experienced in company compliance, ISO accreditation and the relevant audits
* Knowledgeable in tenders, contracts and subcontracting within the construction industry
* Confident and experienced in using and managing social media marketing
* Ready to support the company in its transition to a fully paperless, trackable modern system
Development of the Role & Responsibilities:
* Managing all aspects of office administration across fencing, farm enterprises and commercial projects.
* Overseeing financial administration, including bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll support and reconciliations using Xero/QuickBooks
* Leading on compliance, company policies, and ISO accreditation processes, including annual audits
* Supporting tender applications, contracts, and subcontract management
* Managing and updating business systems to achieve a paperless office environment
* Assisting with company marketing through social media platforms to maintain a professional online presence
* Liaising with clients, contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
In time, you will recruit and manage a junior administrator, allowing you to focus more on tenders, contracts, compliance, and strategic projects.
Must-have qualifications
* Experience as an administrator
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial administration software (Xero/QuickBooks)
* Must be comfortable commuting to the job's location and working in an onsite setting
* 5-10 years of experience in office management or senior administration
Preferred qualifications
* Knowledge/Experience of tenders, contracts, and subcontracting within the construction industry
* Experience in company compliance, ISO accreditation, and relevant audits
* Experience in using and managing company social media marketing
* Experience in managing all aspects of office administration across various projects
