Reporting directly to the Group Chief Executive and sitting on the Executive team, you will set the strategic vision for Selwoods technology, data and digital services - ensuring they are secure, scalable, well-governed and centered around delivering excellent customer and colleague experiences.You will lead four core areas:* IT Infrastructure & Operations* Business Performance & Insight* IT Development (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, custom builds)* Business Analysis & Digital EnablementAcross these teams, youll deliver:* modern, resilient platforms* high-quality, trusted data* user-centered digital products* strong governance, cyber security and architectural standards* joined-up technology that empowers colleagues and simplifies how we work.Youll work closely with the Executive team, Board and senior leaders to ensure our digital roadmap aligns with corporate strategy, regulatory expectations and customer outcomes.
