About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Pricing professional to be a key member of NFU Mutual’s largest transformational project. This role involves designing, developing, and enhancing our pricing capabilities, ensuring seamless integration within the broader project scope. You will drive pricing strategy and execution within an agile environment, acting as the main contact for technical queries and decision-making related to pricing.
As a lead in the agile squad, you will provide critical input into requirements, collaborate with the Workstream Lead, Product Owner, and Scrum Master, and ensure smooth squad operations. You will also handle planning, reporting, and presenting to senior stakeholders, and contribute to maintaining the overall programme plan to ensure timely delivery.
This position requires building strong relationships with stakeholders across NFU Mutual, including Underwriting, Claims, and IT. It offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced pricing expert eager to make a significant impact on a high-profile transformation.
About you:
You should have substantial experience in a general insurance pricing role, with expertise in all Pricing disciplines, and familiarity with Radar, Guidewire, and SQL. Proven experience in pricing implementation, coaching, and mentoring team members is essential. Experience working in an agile environment and understanding agile methodologies is highly desirable.
