We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to support local primary schools across the Bromborough area.
With increasing demand, we have opportunities for regular supply bookings, as well as long-term positions starting after May half term and in the new academic year starting September 2026.
The Role
1. Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
2. Working 1:1, with small groups and within the classroom
3. Assisting with learning, engagement and behaviour
4. Supporting teachers with classroom activities and routines
5. Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

6. Experience working with children or within a school setting
7. A positive, proactive and reliable approach
8. Strong communication and teamwork skills
9. Ability to adapt across different year groups and schools
10. SEND experience beneficial but not essential

Job Specification
Teaching, Learning or Classroom Assistants are now vital resources for teachers and are heavily relied upon in schools.
We specialise in recruiting Teaching Assistants (TA) who are qualified in the following;
15. NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant
16. NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant
17. Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
18. CACHE Level 3 in Childcare & Education
19. BTEC National Certificate in Childhood Studies (Nursery Nursing).
We’ll also consider experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) who have previously held a job in a primary school or assisted a pupil in the role in a secondary school but do not hold any of the above qualifications.

As a teaching assistant you’ll be expected to:
29. Assist in the educational and social development of pupils under the direction and guidance of the head teacher, ALNCO and class teachers
30. Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Programmes (IEP) for students and help monitor their progress
31. Provide support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities
32. Assist class teachers with maintaining student records
33. Support students with emotional or behavioural problems and help develop their social skills.
