Multimodal Freight Forwarder – Dover – £40,000 + Career Progression
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multimodal Freight Forwarder to join a well-established, multi-site logistics business based in Dover.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a growing organisation that can offer a clear progression path into a supervisory position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing multimodal shipments (road, sea and air) from start to finish
* Coordinating with customers, carriers and internal teams
* Preparing and handling import and export documentation
* Overseeing shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery
* Delivering a high level of customer service and resolving any issues
Requirements:
* Previous experience in freight forwarding (multimodal experience preferred)
* Strong understanding of import and export processes
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment
